if husband denies second marriage still wife can claim maintenance u/s 125 crpc.and if wife is entitled to maintenance by court whether husband is liable for bigamy.what is the nature of crpc 125.

1. without divorce any one not to marry, same time pendency of the case then wife can claim maintenance from husband. if without divorce any one get marriage then it will become bigamy.

If the second wife can show reasonable grounds that a marriage was solemnized, she is entitled for maintenance.

First wife would be entitled for maintenance anyways.
