N.i.act-right of the complainant for enhancing the punishment

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 November 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I am for the complainant.cheque is about rs.1,30,000/.The hon'ble JMFC has given whole finding in favour of complainant but the order is fine of rs.25000/only,out of it rs.15000/is to be given to the compainant as compencation.the reson given by the court is that complainant has limitation for filing civil suit.what should be done?Appeal or revision?before whom?
