I want to become empanle my name in Free Legal Aid Clinic in Punjab.I also belong to Minority Community.Is there any quota for Minority Community to empanle as Advocate Will you pls guide what is procedure to apply for the same.

you should have file a application to your District Legal Aid Officer at District Court, they can empanel you.

Any counsel desirous of empenalment under LSA Act has to apply to District Judge along-with his all testimonials who forwards such applications to Chairman State LSA with his comments and appointment is made by Chairman for a period of 2 years.
