Wealth at the disposal of places of worships

What exactly the rule position in respect to disposal or utilise the ill-gotten or otherwise treasure trove , wealth in cash and in kind in lakhs of Mandir, masjids , Gurdwaras , Churches etc etc in this country.
Is it so difficult to build a consensus amongst people to pass an unanimous resolution to merge the funds of all Trusts and Mistrusts ill-maintained in the name of religions which teaches us to serve the poorest of poor rather waiting for some more DOLLAR SHESHADRIES to loot and plunder such unaccountable wealth in those places of worships.
Can these a subject for PIL?

Wonderful. But Dear Mr Kakkad your colour is already known to those who have followed your own website.
We are discussing black money here. Black money that are stashed by religious Indians in Swiss banks or in the secret chambers of the places of worships. As like the Gods are colour blind and can't distinguish between black and white money in kind or cash offered to them by the not so white people of this country it is the duty of the elected representatives to take a call to get back those black black money from the Swiss Banks as well as from the secret chambers of the places of worships. As LKA , his friends in the form of Anna Hazares , Baba Ram Devs , Sri Sri Sri 420 are already employed to get Black black money from the Swiss Banks it will be worth the effort to duplicate the efforts. Now is time for the sane all sane people to muster courage and get back those black money kept inside the secret chambers of the places of worships.
Yes people are there who think they are self appointed advocates to resist any such moves. But who cares?

Dear Mr. Haridas,
I did not interact with any GOD, nor did any GOD come to me complaining that they are not able to differentiate colours, so I am not as fortunate as you to declare that Gods are colour blind!
None the less, I assume (I may be totally wrong) that with your age and experience, you will be able to understand that this site is meant for providing legal answers to the needy in regard to their legal problems.
What you are bringing for discussion is a topic definitely worth discussion, deliberation etc., but this is not the appropriate forum.
For instance, you will not do 'Bhajan' in the Police Station, you will not play rummy in the court room, you will not make noise in the public library etc. etc.
I take it that you should realise this yourself. When you have not realised and have been posting such topics here, then some one like Mr. Makkad or me have to bring it to your notice. Then you start calling names! Better stop such practice. We have our job cut out. Not that we are not alive to other issues, but all we say is that this is not the right Forum for those aspects.

my personal belief,
gurudwaras as well as churches spent for properly in the interest of common public, and it helped Lakhs of poor , needy Indian., and is appreciated.
i believe, money is well managed there.
I think u r concerned with very old treasures lying & found now in Hindu temple.
Management of it for Poor and needy Indians by some Honest efficient group of persons is a need of the day.
