Civil 2nd appeal in hc for divorce-case no not listed

Sir,

I Applied for 2nd appeal against sessions court order for my divorce petition dismissed. Eeven though number was given during Nov'2009, till date it was not listed.
How to get listed quickly.

if your appeal was filed than only you can get listed you case in HC and if your casae was listed in the previous date than you can contact your lawyer and tell him about this.

Which high court are you talking about?
In Calcutta High Court one needs to mention before the Bench to get it listed for hearing or admission.

second appeal in your divorce case? just refer it once again..

usually divorce cases will be filed before district family judges only.. if you are from rural mean you are allowed to filed before concern sub courts.. you are talking about "SESSIONS COURT'S ORDER"- SO JUST CLEAR IT..
