Pillion rider

Respected experts,
In My previous query I have already thanked for your right opinion regarding my relative
who was driving with non- renewed learning
license & involved in road accident will be
treated as without license-correct but the
pillion rider was having valid license and
in fact he told that once he is having valid
license then its ok. now can he also be held
responsible for this?pl. advice.

pilion rider cannot be held responsisble . you ought to be aware of the law that driver of any vehicle must have valid licence .

the pillion rider will of course deny your statement that he told you to drive as he had a licence . even if he admits yet you are not supposed to ride a bike without a licence

When pillion rider was not driving, in what way he can be held responsible for violation of law. Only the driver was driving the vehicle without a valid license.

actually whats your earlier thread sir?
if there is any thing bad mean, for claiming insurance you can plea as that license holder only driven the bike.,

for a good thing you can lie., its no wrong.,

Respected sirs,
thanks again for yours right advices.my relative's m-bike was hit by a tempo.the pillion rider his good friend claimed in
MACT & stated first accused the tempo driver
& second one is my relative though both of them
were involved in the accident & badly injured.now pl.suggest how to counter the
bad friend legally?
