Marking of documents

inadvertently one document was marked though it required stamp duty. are there any judgments to not to consider said document. pls immediately help me...badly require for my suit

Take help of your advocate. And it is misconception that because a document is marked means it is taken on face value.

If the document was marked in spite of taking objection by the other party, at the time of final argument one can argue on its admissibility.
If it was marked without any protest then the party can not raise objection at the later stage.
