Breaking of employment bond

Sir ,
I am Working in Construction Company.I wrote a bond for 2 years for 2 lakhs.Working hours are more than 12 hours per day.Iam unable to work for such hours...so i left job...they are asking me to pay 2 lakhs. . .wat can i do now ???

you can send the legal notice to that company and complaint at labour department.

what are the terms and conditions of bond . ? did the company spend money on you for training?
generally if you ahve signed bond you have to serve the company for prescribed period failing which they will file case against you for recovery of bond amount .
have you in any correspondence with compnay raised any girvenace about long working hours? about being forced to work for 12 hours?

sir,
Now I am in training for 1 year.After first 10 days they send me to site for working. After my joining, with in 2 and half month i left the company.we should work for minimum of 12 hours .

Company cannot take work for more than prescribed so you may resist this and can also serve a legal notice for that purpose but you cannot resile from bond.
