Sirs,

If someone criticise me and describe me as a 'charlie chaplin'and my family memebrs as a charlie chaplin family on the FACEBOOK, shall I entile for any legal action against them if they are having age of 18 and above.Is it a cyber crime?

Yes it is cyber crime and that apart it is a defamation.
So save the page in your system and after lodging a complaint in the Police file criminal case both u/s 500 of IPC as well as under IT Act.

In the given facts, one can file a criminal case of defamation as well as prosecution under IT Act. It shall be better if you come to know the full credentials of such person misusing FB. You can even spam such account which repeatedly is using such language for you and your family if you do not want to go for litigation.
