What will be the minimum EDLI benifir amount from EPFO department.

EDLI benefit is very meager but why you demand only this benefit and not entire benefit which includes EPF accumulations, death claim (Rs. 50,000/-), family pension and special payment?

You should file form 20 and 10C duly countersigned by employer and should personally deposit with the office of nearest EPFO and should enquire therefrom all information from the account of your father.

I have already applied FORM 20 10C & 51F, Claim against PF accumulation received , Family pension is in process.But I have received amount towards EDLI Rs 12311 only. not received any death claim benifit. So I want to know the provisions of law so that I can put the matter on EPFO depatment
