About domestic violence act

A and B is husband wife they are living in bombay,B wife file complaint U/S domestic violence act against A and his family member mother and father, but A husband's Brother in law one living in delhi and the other living in madras, who never meet B and A since last five years, and never went in bombay in A and B' living place, but B wife also write name of them in domestic complaint,and wrong allegation on them and the bombay's court issue a summons against both them. in this situtation how can the both brother in law discharge? any provision? or any supreme court citation for Helping both of them? pls tell me sir.

There is possibility of discharge.

Discharge is has got good merit. If unsuccessful quashing could also be tried.
