One of my friend recentaly has completed his Llb degree. He is also working under central goverment office. He wantS to get register for sanad but not want to do practice.
his question is
1. what is d procedure for get sanad 2. can he apply for d same as he is govt servant 3 . he will retire from govt office at d age of 58 , is there any citeria of age for getting sanad 4. What is d meaning of bar councle membership 5 . Some expert suggestion to him for this subject matter.

If he is in Govt. job, he cannot get Sanad. In view of this, answer to the rest of the questions are purely academic.

I dont know why many of the authors are asking for their friends. Why the friends do not come forward ask the query?
He can register in the Bar council only after leaving the Govt service.

Govt. Servant cannot get Sanad. he has to resign to apply for Sanad. He can apply after retirement.

Govt. Servend cann't register himself to BCI during his service period

An advocate can not be engaged in any other office of job of profit. So the govt is barred to make practice till he resigns from office.

To register with State Bar Council, he have to resign service.
