Dear Friend

i have opportunity to become a lawyer on the penal of Union Bank of India.. but i don't have an proper idea how to make title clear of property and search report.

You have to search the records of the property from the revenue records and to ensure that the person who is in the possetin of the property is the actual owner of the property and he have the right to transfer the property.
This can only be done by referring the documents and records.

congragulations on being appointed to panel of Union bank of india . generally 30 years serach is taken . based on search report title certificate is issued by lawyer that title is clear nad marketable and free from encumberances

It shall be better for you to take help of local senior friend and it is not a matter of shame to learn basic things first as now you are representing UOI and are expected to guide various govt. departments on legal aspects and procedures.
