dear expert
there is father self acquired property and he has two son now he is giving his property two only his younger son and not giving any property to his elder son in this case can a elder son proceed against his father and his younger brother to whom his father is giving property. and let you know that which property his father is giving to his younger son in that property the elder is also living since long back so can elder brother take advantage of it

no the elder son can not take the advantage of the possession as the father is the absoloute owner of the property and it is the wishes of father to whom he is giving his property as the property is self acquired one.

father can give his self acquirred property to younger son . elder son cannot proceed against father.

Since it is self acquired property . the owner can dispose off it in any manner he likes.

I don't think Mr. Prabhakar Singh said that your answer was in any way wrong.
Since Mr. Sethi's answer was probably immediately available to him which prompted him to get into the query, he immediately might have commented "It is really so as stated by Mr. Sethi. I agree."
His answer in no way faults you. In fact it cannot fault you, for the simple reason your answers are not different from that of Mr. Sethi.

am also having this experience., while we all of us giving similar opinion, some experts admit some particular answers.., that is their wish., why we have to blame them?

As the property is self acquired so elder brother has got no legal right to obstruct either his father or his brother to get the property.
