Dear Sirs,
How can we get the authentication of the plot registration done ?
Can a developer after getting the registration done, sell the same plot to some other client, or otherwise can do any other fraud after the registration is done in some one’s name ?

You can seek information from registrar's office mentioning the particular plot No. and respective details.

Yes search the property from the Possible local Registration offices, courts of law having territorial or appellate jurisdiction etc.

No. He cannot legally do it and if he has done then file a criminal case under section 420 IPC against him and retain your possession thereon.

Any owner can sale only once and not time and again the same thing to several persons.Any such fraud committed can be verified by searching registry records by inspection and one should never buy before making due title search because law cast this duty on the buyer.

Ans.we can't predict for such things. However, builder have no such legal right to do so. If he do so, initiate criminal proceedings.
