If a licensee, acting upon a license constructed a structure of permanent nature over the property, which is recorded in the name 5 persons.(Four of them has executed power of attorney in favour of the 5th, & empowering to license out the property in favour of the licensee). If one of the principals/owner revokes, the power of attorney before expiry of the license, what should be legal course of action against the licensor(s) ?

Dear Bhawani
as per my opinion, if anyone of the principals revokes, the power of attorney before expiry of the license, only one of the principals share revoke not whole POA. wait for others opinion

I kind of agree with Ld. Mr. Nadeem, unless the person who revokes is not the owner of bigger share than rest combined.

License is permissive occupation and if there is no strict terms in it then it can be revoked at any point of time.
Here if the 5 principals are joint owners of the property then one revocation would bind his share only though in practicality it effects the whole property in the event he wishes to enforce his right by way of partition suit.
