Hi I am Unni.I live in Kerala.I had to marry a girl whom i don't like.In 2009 we got married.Before marriage I informed her and her father that i am not interested in this marriage.Cos of the fear that if public know about this what they say,I couldn't avoid this marriage.after marriage I am so depressed that I couldn't live with her.Her body and character look like little gents type to me.basically I don't like her physical appearance.Till now after 3 years we don't have kids. I want to know whether I can file divorce in this case and give me a good divorce lawyers address in Palakkad,Kerala.

You have not put the facts leading to your alleged compulsory marriage. Had you come with clean hands and put the real facts, there might have been some solution.

no convincing reason at this stage,after 3 years of marriage.
It is true that some people get bored after sometime.
when you look upon others life,other side always look greener.
like an oasis,when we reach there only we understand the reality.
I suggest a good counseling before taking any unpleasant decisions to be repented later.

With full agreement with what you said,
I believe, DESTINY also play a beautiful part in this relationships.
I give y example : I tried to save a marriage , and all concerned insisted a Divorce. I could save it only for a year, and they ultimately Divorced ,in my absence.no payments.
The Girl was good looking, Graduate, honest, reliable, very good natured, A Giver, not Taker from very poor family.
She got remarried after her Divorce , within a month, to a widower of her age and settled c Mercedes car, and houses, in London, 9whose wife died after delivering baby before few months.)She is damn happy, looking after left out child, and now her baby too.
I accept: My effort to save her marriage was wrong. I punished her with unhappiness, for a year unnecessary. Delay gave her very good opportunity within a month of her divorce is her GOOD LUCK & DESTINY.
So we have to leave it to God sometime, he may have better plan. We are too small, in HIS UNIVERSE, AND HE RULES, NOT WE. It is his desire that works. We have to simply accept.

This above lines has got some more points to disclose to give opinion to start a matrimonial litigation. come with real facts.

The only option available to you is to convince your wife and file a petition for divorce by mutual consent.
Physical appearance will not be considered as a valid ground for divorce. And that too after all these years of marriage.

if you were not interested in marriage why did you marry her? why could you not avoid marriage?
did you have any sexual relations with her before marriage?
the fact that you dont have kids is no grounds for divorce . you cna go in for iVF treatment and have kids .if your wife is not ready for divorce you wont get one easily . only option is by mutual consent divorce

Expert Ajay Sethi has advised correctly. You don't have valid grounds for divorce. However , if it is really unbearable get a mutual divorce else there are many laws protecting women which will be used if you tried to get divorce by force and get your life spoilt

At the outset, I am really shocked to read your story that inspite of your disliking the girl right from the beginning, you were somehow forced to marry her ! Alarming ....has it happened in Kerala ? ?.. in this 21st century ..? Obviously, you have hidden real facts. Come clean with correct facts.
If your innocent victim, i.e. your wife, agrees, you may for mutual divorce and save her life also from ruining further.
