Amount to be demanded from nhai against land

Thanks for replying my earlier query. Sir please e mail to me case evidences where NHAI paid highest compesation to farmers whose lands were aquired by NHAI for 4 laning of National highways. My piece of land of 2.10 acres would have fetched minimum 1 crore if i would have sold the land. Now i can not sell the land bcoz central government has published the notification of official gazzate to aquire the land. I will suffer heavy loss of amount if NHAI do not pay to me the market value.

As your land has been acquired so various lawyers shall come to you for dealing your case on percentage and their sold job shall be find out relevant citation with sole intent to get maximum percentage of compensation/enhanced compensation so leave this simple job for them.
