1, Yes, It can be filed even before DCDRF.
2. It can also be done but a specific authorization is required by respondent to represent him means a resolution of the company authorizing you to represent the company. Mere appointment letter shall not work.
3. Yes.
4. It is accepted.

There is no word like consumer court rather this District Consumer Disputes Redressal forum. I am telling this because you have to represent there to your company and this information is very vital for you.

1. Attestation means "signed before me" My company officer kept sign in Coimbatore, but same was posted to me without attestation, if i do attested in Vijayawada is there any problem to attested advocate in Vijayawada.
2. If i file only Appointment letter into the Consumer court to argue, and defend the matter on behalf of company, is it accept as per consumer act.
Ans: Yes
how it is possible on which basis, i mean which section under consumer protection Act.

1. The vakalatnama has to attested in the City where it was signed. In this case, you can not get it signed at vijayawada. Regarding this issue talk to your seniors. They will give you wonderful ideas. I should not give.
2. You have to give only vakalatnama as an advocate. I dont understand what is appointment order in this situation?
