I have filed complaint against SBCE Delhi for correction of date of birth on 10th class certificate in District consumer forum and now case is on Agruments.
Kindly tell me National commission judgment in my favour and against SBCE board delhi for correction of date of birth. Thanks so much.

you have alternative remedies for rectify the corrections..

Neither you are a consumer nor any deficiency in service has been done by CBSE so your complaint is not maintainable before DCDRF.

The desired citation must have been searched by you at the time of deciding to file this case before DCDRF. Neither such citation was available on that fateful day nor is available as on day rather citations are against you.

It is better to withdraw your complaint with liberty to file before civil court so that delay may be got condoned.

no need to pray liberty to file civil court, as consumer is over and above [extra] civil proc. You can st way file civil suit.
