Prejury in dv

Respected Sirs,
In DV my wife has mention that I have threaten her sister on phone , which was recorded by her ie; my sister in law.which is 100% false.
So I am palning to file prejury against them. But I am sure the biased judge wont entertain my prejury application so easily beacuse my opponents and she stays in same localilty and they have contacts too.
What acion I can take if she is not accepting my prejury application coz she is biased.
Plaese let me know .

concentrate on our DV case . let your wife allegations be proved as false . then consider whether you want to file for perjury or not .
please doont make baseless allegations aginst judges . if you have proof that judge is corrupt file complaint with high court .

I am of the view that this is not the fit stage for filing perjury application when the charges against you are yet to be proved. Let the evidence of the petitioner/applicant closed and let you prove such recording false only then yo shall be entitled to avail the desired opportunity to do so.
