Once right or share in the Property is released by registered Release Deed , he can not claim partition of the property as he is no more joint owner of that property.

Dear Queriest, please explain in brief first, as to why, who and in what circumstance release deed was executed. if it is not disclosed you may not get the right sugestion. Please do not go by the hypothetic query and sugestion.
