Can a defendant amend / make some changes in his written statement after filling and recieved by plaintiff but before interim injunction (6C) disposal / hearing and beore plaintiff's any rejoinder? If not at this stage then at which stage this possible.

If it does not change to nature of suit, it is liberally allowed.

make an application for amendment of ws . it cna be done before framing of issues . it should not change the nature of suit .

You can file an application for amendment of the written statement. It is the amendment of plaint and not of WS that will not normally be allowed if the amendment sought for changes the nature of the suit because the it is the plaint that determines the nature of the suit and not the WS. You have not reached that stage when the court normally refuses amendment.
