sir my grandfather has purchased a land and there was some apeal from the land seller the taluka court has given result from us and the nasik dist court has also given result from us and the case is now running in high court numbai case no is 1992/588 the case comes many times on board and it is removed from board many times.
the case status is always addmitted and ready
the oponants advocate is never in the court for the case and also the oponent are not comming in the cort from many years, then why the court removes the case from board why the court do not gives the result
now the court is not taking the case on board from 2yrs what should i do that the result will be as soon as possible
is there any legal way?
