can any establishment deposit only employees'portion of esi contribution due to lack of fund?is it acceptable?what will be the action taken by esi authority?

Partha! Being a lawyer you know that full compliance of the Act is mandatory for the employer and violation of any term invites penalty as provided in the relevant provisions of ESI Act.

You should make some labour and find out the relevant provisions of the Act.
