Unauthorise entry of sub inspector

I have some dispute with my brother regarding a room.small cause court dismss his petiton and an enjuction is pending in calcutta high court"restrain both patries not to interfere each other"
But one sub inspector wthout any written order stoping me to repair my electric lne on the verbel complain of my brother.
what can i do against both of them

If it is order "Status Quo" you have to maintain property as it is.
If any urgent essential necessity, you may ask permission from court.

If you have already established your possession over the part of the property wherein you were repairing your electric line then the action of the police official is highly objectionable and you can file criminal complaint against him.
