Dear Sir,
My grand father left village & came to city in late 1940s.He had farm of around 12 ekar.NOw my father told us that same has been gone from us in kul kayda & we will not regain it.
I would like to know can i get this farm area.
If yes how can i get the same?
So that i will try for the same.
We dont have any papers with us about the same. Also my father dont know the 100% location about the area he knows only 20-30 % area of total.
Request you to help mw for the same.

If your father is known about 20-30% area then then it is not difficult to trace out the latest position of the entire area. First obtain the information from local revenue officer and then obtain then entire papers. It may solve your problem.

Thanks for your reply with valuable information.
But i would like to know that whether there are chances to get back the area.
So that i will go in depth to collect documents & all papers from revenue office.

If at all you find any violation of Btal act by tenant in 32 G ,you have chances to enter into letigation, 100%possession and title is impossible but you may reach to compromise and get good bucks, but before going in it you have to collect all papers from tahasil office of respected area.

unless you trace the records and get examined position how can you expect any thing more than a good bargain as suggested by Mr.bhagwat patil
