Sir my father came to my mother villege in 60 years back. In the year 1960 the govt was allotted agricultural land to my father to an extent Ac. 2-13 Guntas. My father was died in the year 1981. my maternal uncle have taken possesion Ac. 1-00 land from the above said land in the 1970's since then he have been cultivating now he obtained patta pass books from the revenue authority. In the year 1970's my maternal uncle have substituated Ac.2-00 land in other place. My father did not take any patta certificate from revenue but we are in possession. Now the governament have acquired the above said Ac.2-00 land and given sale consideration to my maternal uncle only. Now my maternal uncle did not give any single pie to me. what should I do ? can we recover Ac. 1-00 land, which was given my father to my maternal uncle. My uncle with the collusion of the revenue official have taken patta but my fater nor my brother did not write any single paper to my uncle sir. Can we recover the above said land ?

Issue notice to the govt( land acquisition officer) to pay the compensation to you also.
When 2.13 gs alloted to your father claim the tittle for entire land. File a declaration suit against your uncle.
