Hi,
I was working in a company where they told & mentioned in the appointment letter that they will give Rs 12000 after completion of 1 year.

I was there in the company for 1 year 10 days including my notice period of 2 months.
My company refused to give me Rs 12000 saying that i have not completed one year when i resigned. But no where it is mentioned in the rules & regulations regarding the same.

Can i claim for the same?

after workking for 10 months you issued notice to company that you want to leave the organisation . you have srved the notice period of 2 months .

the company stand seems justified as after 10 months you have informed that you dont want to work any more . in my view compnay is not bound to pay your claim

Company have right to terminate your service the day you resigned. So you do not intend to serve for second year, so no 2nd year salary.

You are entitled for 1st year salary only.
