Regarding a land.

Respected sir/madam,
I want to know that i have purchased a 6 kathas of land in west bengal, siliguri in the year 2001 through bainanama and by doing the notary and in the year 2007 i have taken the registry. But due to financial crisis i have sold that land to other party, now i want to know is that wheather their papers is valid still now or not? I have taken the registry of land on 2007 but before that in 2001 and in the month of july august 2007 i have sold the rest portion of the land by doing only the bainanama and by doing the notary but i have taken the registry through government in october 2007, now i want to know is that wheather their bainanama and the notary is still now valid or in valid?

The bainama of notary is not valid for the purpose of transfer of the property and has no value in the eyes of law.
