my divorce case is going on, i gave the total fees to my private advocate. now my advocate wants more fees from me and now i dont have enough money, i cant give his fees now.

in this situations,

can i chang the advocate now ?

my all original court documents are at my private adc, i want that document, can he give back that document ?

u can change adv, and demand all your doc. If he refuse, inform Bar Council.

At pre- divorce stage u hv no money
file sec24, as he files divorce case. u will be pd mtn pending litigation, if u hv no earning.
File dv act 12, file 125 cr pc, file u/s 18 h adop

Yes you can change the advocate and if the job unfinished then you can demand some part of the fees already paid.
The advocate is bound to return your documents.

Yes, you can change the advocate.

You can also get litigation expenses from your husband u/s HMA 24.
