Just saw Farm house plots for sale
1) Builders like Sairung, FDCC are some of the well know developers near Hinjewadi
2) Providing and committing 7/12, internal roads and lab lab..
3) Saying that PMRDA is coming to that area.
4) Plots are from Green zone means farm house
Questions:
I am interested in buying 2000 Sq ft plot for making own house
What are the risk factors included here and what is your single liner opinion for purchasing these plots.
Currently they are under Gram Panchayat area, do I have to start construction early before coming that area under PCMC/PMRDA.
Will appreciate your response

you have to verify title deeds of builder before purcashing these plots .
when you are willing to spend few lakhs on purchase of these plots spend some money on lawyer fees too

This site do not provide such type of the opinion so better engage a local lawyer and obtain his opinion.
Many times, the opinion of the lawyers in the matter of purchasing properties do not come to real picture. So it is equally desired to get information from property dealers, neighbours, revenue office, builder etc.
