Conveyance deed doesn't mentions area of property.

Guest (Querist) 17 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
If a conveyance deed is executed between alloting authority and the allotee way back in 1950 and it doen't mentions the area of the property alloted, nor do it mentions the sides (description of the property) and the records related to it are not available and seems to be intentionally stolen/destroyed than what is the way to ascertain the actual area alloted to that property.
If some abundant property lying adjoining to the property mentioned earlier is occupied by a person, who is also in occupation of the earlier property, but in the capacity of Tenant and owner also stakes claim to the adjoining abundant property stating that it was given on rent to the tenant, then what is the way left for the tenant to save his property which was occupied by him for being abundant and which possess separate electricity, water connection with municipal number for about 10 years.

Respected expects, in the above context, can i file suit for declaration in absence of any title deed in my favour, only on the basis of possession, having documentary proof of around 10 years and having Corporation's TS 1 - section 105 PMC Act.
