Dear Sir,

My problem is in 1974 my father pawned the land(1.33 acres) for Rs. 4000.00. Then after one year some money paid. But that person occupied the land. But my father land was not registered to the opposite person. But the registered shows now that the land was registered on the name of opposite person in 1971. So, when the land was pawned in 1974 (As i have the documents per proof.)How con the person registered on his name in 1971.So what would be suggestions on this case. Actually this land is my grand father.

immediately file civil suit for declaration and injunction case against him

You would need to file a civil case for declaration.

Another criminal case of forging land records can be filed.
