Hi,
i'm basically from Bangalore, we own a 30-40 site in bangalore when our neighbour built his house he constructed his compound wall in such a way that half of his compound wall was pit in our saying that its a common compound wall, one half of the problem is that he has attached a external bathroom to the compound wall, moreover now he is buliding two more floors where the floors has encroached our land by 4 to 5 inches please give me a remedy as soon as possible please, my contact number is 8123496790 and emial id is akash.myladyil@wipro.com
