Property dispute

dear sir/madam,
we are two sons.my brother is married but his wife left him because of some disputes. he on the otherhand has borrowed large amounts of money, which my dad cleared by selling some properties. now my brother wants more property to be sold to get rid of his wife as she wants money to give divorce. he also wants money for himself. he is pressurizing my parents. how can my parents safe guard the remaining properties from him and his wife?

you said property is self earned by your father he can do any thing, either give gift or will or sale any thing. so choose your choise.

when the property belonged to your father and self earned then he is free to do anything with his property no body can pressurize him.
