my father had a small dwelling house from his father. we are 3 married[before 2005] sisters,1w/o of younger bros & my self, father expired in 2009 without any will etc i am 63 yrs now i want to transfer house in my name in grampunchayat record.therefore it is neccesary to take consent of others before applying to grampuchayat.

Dear Querist,

Certainly if your father died without a will each Class I legal heir got the property to the extent of equal shares, and you don't need just an NOC or consent but a registered relinquishment deed in order to avoid future hassles.
