Eviction threat from apartment association

I am a tenant in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. On complaints by neighbor living just below my flat that he is being disturbed by the heavy tread or walking or moving in my flat by my family members. The association chairman summoned me at their meeting to tell me that i would be evicted by throwing my households things right outside the gate if he receives a second complaint by my neighbor. This type of disrespect and treatment without proper enquiry to a fellow resident cannot be tolerated. Can you pl tell me what are my rights in such circumstances.

you cnanot be evicted without follwing due process of law . if you are tenant the owner has to give you notice as mentioned in leave and licence agreement . after expiry of notice period you will have to leave the premises
