Respected sir,
sorry for the repeated query for my confusion.
matter is of the recovery of jewellery of my mother.
presently, I have a query for it I am writing brief story for the sake of my query.
I married and the family of wife started threatening by the name of police, dowry and court from day one. in my family myself and old aged parents, sick paralytic mother and father cannot walk properly.
I left my profession and joined specific time job within few months of marriage so that I can fulfil my duties towards my parents.
I joined job and within few days wife along with her mother and one of her brother took entire jewellery of my mother and left home immediately when no one was present at home except sick mother. within few hours I lost my mother due to heart attack.
my mother married in 1960, no bills and evidences are present, we delayed in filing the police complaint, later police said if search made nothing will be found it will be better to go and talk directly.
family of wife demanded some amount given but returned only part jewellery. and later demaned huge amount in lieu to return the jewellery.
finally finding no other option except to instigate them and called them in judiciary.
I forced them to file case upon me reason they always kept me without marriage evidence, and one of the advocate said me that they can deny marriage with you as the matter has turned of theft and due to which death occured.
I have called them through legal notices. every thing is cleared in sent notices came and clear your allegations in court.
wife has filed DV case upon me and submitted the evidence of marriage. hence marriage proof concluded in the court .
respected all if marriage is not the source of income, first get marry with one never stay but threat, finally did abominable act knowing the timing of job and other schedule commited offence due to which death also occured.
jewellery of my mother is the property of my father and even I dont have any right upon it.
my query ( plz help me )
how I can recover the jewellery of my mother as I have to return them to my father?
I cannot face my father, he got alone at such an age when he needs his wife most .
marriage is a trusted relation but my wife has murdered the relation of trust.
I am not fearing from DV case at all.
she has appointed three advocates to handle me ? no problem ?
problem is to face my father?
my targeted aim is to recover the jewellery of my mom.
But How ? what case I shall file now for the recovery?

your wife wilo ultimately come to negotiating table if she wants a divorce . you cn athen bargain for return of jwellery .
in addition you have issued legal notices for return of jwellery .you have not mentioned what legal proceedings have been instituted by you .

Better sort out these things by mutual discussions and deliberations. You have slim chances of recovering the same by court proceedings.
