New Construction in Margao-Goa. General Body Meeting was held on 26.11.2011 wherein 5 members were elected as Executive Committee Members. I am one of the committee member.
Since then, NONE of the above 5 members had the time to meet and take things further in the interest of all the residents.
The builder is once again writing to all of us to take over the maintenance of the society and all related issues. He has also intimated that he would stop maintaining our society affairs, and requesting us to visit his office and get all the stationery collected, and also the Statement of Account.
As none of the five have the time, would you kindly suggest how to take it up further in the interest of ALL the residents. We have around 60 apartments in this society.

If all of you have purchased the properties then from Society of your own and mange the same yourselves.

Thanks for the input. now the question is how to manage or what are the basic steps? Form a manager to run the daily activities. I also heard somewhere that indemnity may be required for the executive committee members. kindly advise.
