sir,
Four sisters were neglected, not called for any property settlement, by their three brothers, after their father's sudden death in 2011.We came to know now through sub-registrar office, except few, major property is transferred to three brothers by the way of father's will & settlement just three months before father's death.
Is it possible to put claim in front of law for the share of woman's property which is transferred already by will and settlement?. All property is earned by father. We did not know how girl child were totally neglected during the last three month of process of will & settlement.
please help the poor women

If the properties were self-acquired by the father, the same can not be challenged.
However if the same was ancestral properties, the claim can be opened and litigated in the civil court.
