Huf property succession query

Sir
Thanks for your expert advice in response to my last query.Now can i opt for the following options so that my son only gets full share in the Huf property(plot) under my name:
1.I sell the plot and invest the proceeds in some other property solely in my name(as an individual,not huf)and then will it to my son.
OR
2.I make my son the Karta of the said property so that my daughters do not have any claim in said plot.
OR
3.I ask my son to occupy the said plot by way of doing some business on it.

you have three option then you choose which one is best and future problem less manner. think twice and get advise from the local lawyer and with their help u do

In continuation to your earlier query,though the plot is in your name(under HUF),how was it inherited?If it was inherited from your ancestors,then your daughter's have a claim for a piece of share.
