Hi,
I have a Industrial Property in Maharashtra,Mumbai and in Gujarat. Mumbaai has been sublet on Leave and Licence Contract, drafted by eminent lawyer from Mumbai. I am planing to let out my gujarat property also on L&L. The question whether the same draft will be applicable for gujarat property also. If not what necessary changes are required as per Gujarat Rent control Act. Also the language used is English for Mumbai, do the law governing for Gujarat for the said matter should be Gujarati, as i am not comfortable with the same.

Every State has its own Rent Act unique from that of other State.
So though most of the terms and conditions may remain same , it is better to get the same checked with local lawyer.

not necessary it be in gujrati . have it drafted in english have the agreement duly stamped and registered . contact local lawyer in gujrat
