Dear Sir,
I need some information on writing and filing Written Arguments in the courts..I have searched many books of the pleadings and convyencing ..But I could not get even the model format of writing the same..I will be grateful, if I be provided some format so that I could get the fair idea of drafting the same

you cant find any formats for written arguments.
if you make your argument in orally mean whats will be your your points in your points in oral argument just convert it to written version. thats it..
just mention your all merits..
if any citation available mean just mention it.
