Place of recovery of articles under 406

dear sirs my wife has filed 498a and 406 at her parents place pune. our matrimonial place and place of last stay together is bhopal. please help me in 2 queries
1) can IO ask me to deposit articles or equivalent cash at pune or will IO have to bring my wife to bhopal for recovery.
2) there are many articles mentioned in her list of 406 which were never given. like ac micro wave etc. I was never entrusted with her jwellery. now how will recovery proceedings advance and what should I do?

case is filed against you in pune . you will have to assist investigations in Pune .
in your statement mention that no microwave was brought by your wife . similarly in respect of articles claimed by your wife deal with each and every article claimed by her .
you ahve to mention all gold jwellery is lying with wife only . apply for antcipatory bail
