this is the fourth query raised by you in last week
1) we had advised you to contact a local lawyer .
2) if wife has filed for divorce and wants to convert it inot MCD agree immediatedly
3) if police have called you for investigations you must coperate . deny allegations of demand of rs 60 lakhs .
4) have you received rs 6 lkahs claimed to have been given to you .
why has your application for Ab being rejected?
6) you have filed for AB in high court . must have negagged a lawyer . have faith in your lawyer he will deal with various issues raised .

Contest the case on merits through your lawyer in the trial court. Delay alone in the filing of FIR is not sufficient to quash FIR.

After nearly 15 years of married life why ur wife should file the complaint against u without sufficient cause? Have u any children? your explanations are not convincing that she filed the cases as u are suffering from heart problems.At any rate u have to contest the cases and cooperate in the Police investigations so that if the Police are convinced that the allegations made by your wife are false, they will file a report in the court accordingly.
