Incomplete registration

Hello Sir,

I have purchased a land in Yelahanka,Bangalore. The land comes under a panchayat. It is an ancestral land and the person who sold me the land has a mother and a sister. In the registration documents it is mentioned that both mother and sister are represented by the son. Registration document has names of both mother ans sister but not thier signatures or pictures or thumb impressions. It has only signatures and picture of the son. Also there was no prior GPA done for that. Basically there is no proof that mother and sister sold thier property.
So what should I do to protect the property. kindly suggest me

how cna names of mother and sister be there on registration documents when no power of attorney has been e xecuted by them in favour of son .

the power of attorney can be executed by the mother and sister in favour of son.have the power of attorney duly stamped and regd .

then execute fresh agreement for sale
