This query is : Resolved
subsequent to 498a closure on compromise.
Based on HC of AP on AB,an amount was deposited in cooperative society of court against the surety.
Now to get back the deposited money,heard from some one in same MM court area, that its tedious job, have to fill up minimum 5 different forms & put a petition to MM court Judge. And It be would like another case?
Experts kindly provide or give some light on what is the actual procedure & is it true that it is another case?

The process is different for different courts in different parts of this country.

It is true that withdrawal of amount requires some more seriousness than deposit but this is in the interest of depositors otherwise any fradulant person may succeed in withdrawing that amount. This can be got withdrawn within a very short period of 2-3 days.
