Dear Sir,
My grand father had a huge land 5 Bigha(5*20 Kotha). We are son-in-law and daughter-in-law of him.
Son-in-law sold the land without informing me (daughter-in-law) about 6 years ago.
2 years back Son-in-law died
Now when the party(who purchase) went for mutation , he is not getting mutation
As all partner have not signed .
Now he is contacting (who purchase) us through lawyer for our singing.
Our problem is as the property belongs to grandfather, we know the land mark of the land , we do not know the identification mark of the Land .
My question is
1)Is there any way of searching by owner name (last 10 years) and location (mauja)
2)if it is , can we get copy of paper(dadil) from court
3)if there any lawyer of reference who can help us(immediately)
