Opening of partnership firm

Sir I have cleared my B.com 1.5yrs back, am currently a Law Student.
I want to open my own office with one of my friend, for providing accounting, tax and legal service.
Can I open my office with B.com Degree and what is the procedure to get register with the local authority?
Is there any restriction for name of firm?

contact a local lawyer . get partnership deed drafted by him . have firm regd with registrar of firms

you wan to do business with your friend . if terms are not reduced in writing it creates disputes among friends later as to share of profits , expenses to be borne etc .

if you want to work alone then you can do it in your name .

You are not law graduate so you cannot provide law service prior to having passed LLB and enrollment with either of the bar councils of India. You can get registered partnership deed as already advised.
